Tanya brings more than 25 years Residential and Commercial Building experience to the Windy Mountain Builder family. She began her career in the field during an apprenticeship program with the The New York City District Council of Carpenters. She transitioned into the office and used her on-site experience to be a successful administrator and bookkeeper in the construction industry. Along the way she pursued personal interests by working for non-profit organizations that helped shape ideas and mindsets she shares today.

Tanya started her position with Windy Mountain Builder as a Dorset, Vermont, resident. She recently moved with her husband and became a remote worker based in Louisville, Kentucky.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her two dogs, and exploring the outdoors.

Jeff has been immersed in the building trade for nearly 20 years. Raised in Washington County, New York, he put his passion for carpentry and construction to work at a young age. His wide range of experience varies from timber frame construction to farmhouse restorations — in styles ranging from traditional to contemporary.

Jeff uses his wealth of design and construction knowledge to assure a unique and personalized experience for each project he mounts. A resident of Shaftsbury, Vermont, where his lives with his wife and two sons, he’s also a hobby conservationist and avid outdoorsman.
